I recently brought my cat, Luna, to this clinic for a dental cleaning and overall health exam. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which helped put my mind at ease; I was a bit nervous since she had never been under anesthesia before. The vet took the time to explain the entire process, and I appreciated the transparency about costs and what to expect post-procedure. Luna came through the cleaning with flying colors and they even provided me with detailed aftercare instructions, which I found very helpful. The only downside was that the appointment started about 15 minutes late, but considering how thorough they were with every pet, I can understand the occasional delay. Overall, I’m incredibly satisfied with the care Luna received and will definitely be returning for future visits. Great job, team!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! I took my dog, Charlie, in for a routine check-up and was blown away by the level of care he received. The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to listen to all my concerns. Dr. Thompson was especially thorough, explaining everything in detail and ensuring that I understood Charlie’s health needs. I also loved how they have a cozy waiting area with some toys to keep the pets occupied, which made the visit much smoother. After the check-up, they even followed up with a phone call to see how Charlie was doing, which was such a nice touch! The only thing I would suggest is maybe implementing a more organized check-in system, as it did get a little busy when I arrived. Nevertheless, the service was worth the slight wait. I’m so happy to have found a vet that truly cares about the animals and their owners. I highly recommend this clinic if you want a place that treats pets like family. Thank you for taking such great care of Charlie! We’ll definitely be back for his next appointment!
